Basic Pistol
This course covers rifles, shotguns, single-action and double-action revolvers, as well as semi-automatic pistols. This course describes the different basic firing positions for handguns, cleaning and storage, etc. Also discussed are the "Chapter 7 Statutes" of the State of Florida which focus on the do's and dont's of concealed carry. This course meets the requirements to obtain your concealed carry weapons permit or CCWP, discussion of Florida's "Castle Doctrine". Length of course is 8 hours of classroom and 4-6 hours of range time, for a total of 12-14 hours of course time. This is a NRA certified course.

Home Firearm Safety
This course is designed to instruct the student on the safe storage and handling of firearms in the home as well as discussion on the "Chapter 7" statutes of the State of Florida as well as Florida's "Castle Doctrine". This is a great course to take if you have a medium to high level of experience with firearms and wish to take a “quick” course to obtain your CCWP. The length of this class is 8 hours including range time. An NRA certified course.

Center-Fire Metallic Cartridge and Shot-Shell Reloading
Reloading your own center-fire handgun and rifle cartridges is the best way to save the most money on practice rounds or to make a custom hunting load for your favorite hunting firearm. Reloading your own shot-shells is just as economic and a great way to customize a load for your favorite shotgun, whether it's used for hunting, trap, skeet, clays or popping tin cans. Which ever course you take you will learn the fundamentals and basics of reloading for that specific type of ammunition as well as how to the follow common-sense but important safety guidelines. You will learn how to use the tools, presses, dies, manuals. Essentially everything you need to know will be taught so you can reload safely and effectively. A NRA certified course.

Metallic Cartridge Reloading Course Outline - This course is designed to be given in an eight hour period and can be divided into two four hour segments if necessary.

Chapter 1 : "Getting Started" covers the necessary basics of reloading such as safety, hygiene, etc..

Chapter 2 : "Metallic Cartridges, Shotgun Shells and Components" discusses the types, hows and whys of the different components used in the reloading process.

Chapter 3 : "The Reloading Manual" explains the different types of data used, why they are used and what it means to the reloader.

Chapter 4 : "Equipment for Reloading Rifle and Pistol Cartridges" tells you what safety equipment is needed and why as well as the tools you will need to get started and the ones that make the process easier.

Chapter 5 : "Reloading Rifle Cartridges" is a hands-on, step-by-step tutorial on rifle cartridge reloading.

Chapter 6 : "Reloading Pistol Cartridges" is a hands-on, step-by-step tutorial on pistol cartridge reloading.

Chapter 7 : "Refining Rifle and Pistol Loads" is a "how to" section for tweaking your hand loads to perfection and the cautions you should heed along with examples of the danger signs to watch for. !!!WARNING!!! --- Caution must be exercised when reloading metallic cartridges! Primers are a small explosives and the smokeless powder is highly flammable! Adhering to the safety instructions is imperative to remain safe. * ADVISORY - Although the reloading process is simpler for shotgun shells because of the material the majority of hulls, wads and card wads are made of caution must be exercised when reloading them. Some of the same risks and different risks as well are involved when reloading them. Be diligent!

Chapter 8 : "Equipment for Reloading Shotgun Shells" informs you about the safety equipment needed and the different reloading equipment and their parts, their uses and why.

Chapter 9 : "Reloading Shotgun Shells" is a hands-on, step-by-step tutorial for the shot-shell reloading process.

Chapter 10 : This chapter has three sections of miscellaneous information on one page.

Bullet Casting
In this related course offering you will learn how to cast your own bullets or shotgun slugs using wheel-weights and lead. Casting your own bullets makes reloading your own ammunition even cheaper! Discussion on equipment and tools necessary to get started, safety issues etc. This is not a NRA certified course.

Firearms laws vary greatly from one state to another so, in both classes, we will also cover some of the laws as they pertain to residents of this state.
